EAST HAVEN - An East Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in New Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 6, the big winner from East Haven, purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the 7-Eleven Store in New Haven and won $10,000.
