East Haven Rotary Club Night Held at Chili's

From the East Haven Rotary Club:

EAST HAVEN, CT - Chili’s Restaurant of East Haven will be hosting “East Haven Rotary Club Night” on Thursday September 22nd, from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Chili’s will donate 10% of the sales for anyone who comes in during this time and presents a Club flyer about the event.

Flyers can be obtained at the Mayor’ Office at Town Hall or by contacting any East Haven Rotary Club member. They can also be requested by email from Rotarian Frank Gentilesco, Jr. who can be reached at gentilesc@aol.com

Chili’s is located at 58 Frontage Road in East Haven.

The Rotary Club derives most if not all of its revenue from fundraisers, and all proceeds for their events have a direct impact on the Club’s ability to help the community of East Haven. The East Haven Rotary Club was founded in 1939. Since that time Rotarians from East Haven have been involved in thousands of projects helping the residents of not just East Haven but around the world. Some of the local club’s annual activities are: “Clothe the Children”, Free Amber Alert Child Identification Cards, distribution of Thanksgiving baskets and Thanksgiving Day dinner, recognizing Students of the Month and annual Scholarship awards and Public Safety Officers of the Year recognition, to name just a few.
