'Hard-Working' East Haven Mom 'Treats Everyone With Respect'

EAST HAVEN, CT— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?

My mom is special because she works so hard for me, my sister, and everything we have all by herself.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

My mom deserves the spotlight because she goes through so much of her own things but still manages to be her best self to make sure me and my sister are the best we can be. She treats everyone with respect, treats all my friends like they are her own, and just is the best person I know.
