EAST HAVEN, CT - East Haven would receive about $14,000 less in state aid next year than it received this year under the budget plan Gov. Ned Lamont released on Wednesday.
The same plan would give the town $25,000 more the following year in state aid than it is receiving this year.
The town would be liable, for the first time, under Lamont's plan, to pick up part of the cost of teacher retirement.
