On Saturday, Dec. 6, Christmas and classic cars pair up in a unique partnership.Troop G of Bridgeport is participating in the 17th annual Korvettes for Kids Cruise in conjunction with Club Corvette of Connecticut.At 11 a.m., troopers will meet Club Corvette of Connecticut and Santa at McDermott Chevrolet, 655 Main St., East Haven, and travel down I-95 to Troop G (149 Prospect St. in Bridgeport) where they will deliver the toys. The toys will be distributed to those in need throughout the Troop G patrol area.Last year, 50 Corvettes delivered toys to Troop G.
