EAST HAVEN, CT — The East Haven Police Department is giving a shout-out to Officer Tristan Goodwin.

Goodwin was honored with the prestigious MADD Award at the Mothers Against Drunk Driving Law Enforcement Recognition Luncheon last week.

"Goodwin’s strong commitment to removing impaired drivers from our roads highlights his dedication and hard work in safeguarding our community," police wrote on Facebook. "We extend our sincere thanks to Officer Goodwin for consistently going the extra mile to protect the safety of East Haven’s residents. Strong work, sir!"
