Obituary: John Thomas Baronski, 91, of East Haven

He spent his life as a chef in many establishments over the years and continued working for Valero gas station until his death.

John Thomas Baronski, 91 of East Haven passed away November 13, 2023 at Yale New Haven Hospital. He was born June 25, 1932 in Throop, PA to Michael and Anna Baronski. John is survived by his three children, Elizabeth Acampora (David) of Killingworth, John Baronski (Mary) of East Haven and Erin Baronski (Anthony Kallert) of West Haven along with nine grandchildren, David Acampora Jr., Tyler Acampora, Andy Baronski, Jordan Baronski, Daniel Baronski, Aleigha Kallert, Anthony Kallert Jr., Maya Kallert and Arianna Kallert.

John is preceded in death by his parents and three siblings, Michael Baronski Jr., Lorraine Baronski and Joseph Baronski.

John aka dad and grandpa was the nicest man around and everyone has a story to tell about how wonderful John Baronski was. He spent his life as a chef in many establishments over the years and continued working for Valero gas station until his death. Life is definitely going to be different without John Baronski in it making us all just a little bit happier. Rest in Peace.

Family will receive friends on Monday, November 20, 2023 from 5 PM until the time of service at 7 P.M. in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven CT 06512. Burial will be at a later date in the VA Cemetery, Bow Lane, Middletown CT with Full Military Honors.
