An 89-year-old Ellington man is facing charges after an accident that killed a woman, reports the Journal Inquirer.
Thaddeus Okolo, of 18 Gail Drive, has been charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle.
Last July, Janet E. Peck was getting her mail when she was struck. She died one day before her 88th birthday.
