Grass Routes Bluegrass Band to Perform at Ellington Farmers Market

Grass Routes brings lively harmonies to a morning of music, health, and community.

The Ellington Farmers Market will be filled with lively music on Saturday, September 13th as the Grass Routes Bluegrass Band takes the stage at the Harvest Health Fair. From 9 a.m. to noon in Market Park (72 Maple Street, Ellington), visitors are invited to bring a chair, find a spot under the shade tree, and enjoy a morning of toe-tapping bluegrass tunes.

Grass Routes, known for their energetic picking, tight harmonies, and traditional sound, has been delighting audiences throughout the region with their blend of classic and contemporary bluegrass. Their performance will add an extra spark to the Harvest Health Fair, a day dedicated to celebrating wellness, healthy living, and community connection.

Shoppers can browse the market’s wide selection of farm-fresh produce, local meats, baked goods, and artisan products while enjoying the music. The Harvest Health Fair will also feature demonstrations, activities, and resources to help families live healthier lives.
