Like, Omigod! A Totally Rad '80s Murder Mystery Is Scheduled In Somers

SOMERS, CT — A 1980s-themed "rad murder mystery event" which will like totally have a full bar available and stuff is coming this weekend to the heart of Somers.

The Iron Fox Restaurant at the Somers Inn, on the corner of Route 190 and Springfield Road, is expected to draw a variety of totally awesome attire, ranging from the Jennifer Beals off-the-shoulder sweatshirts to power suits with padded shoulders, to its dinner buffet-murder mystery experience. "I Love the 80's to Death" is slated for Saturday, Aug. 30 at 6 p.m.

Patrons are encouraged to look as '80s as possible, so break out the leggings, wear your Sunglasses At Night, and by all means, toss on as much Aquanet as the ozone layer can handle. At some point in the evening, everyone in attendance is likely to have exclaimed, "Omigod!"

The dinner menu includes braised short ribs, chicken Francaise, broccoli alfredo, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad and rolls. Tickets are $75, and must be reserved in advance by emailing IronFoxCelebrations@gmail.com.
