Sept. 22

Joseph Baudin, 50, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief for allegedly damaging a car, state police said.

He was taken into custody at 8:09 a.m. on Quality Avenue, state police said.

Tolland

Sept. 22

Teresa Lombari, 51, of East Hartford, was charged with DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane at 3:21 a.m., state police said.

She was suspected of being drunk during motor vehicle crash investigation, state police said, and she failed a series of field sobriety tests, state police said.

Sept. 21

At 10:37 p.m., Jacob Doherty was observed driving erratically on Old Cathole Road, state police said.

He was charged with speeding, DUI and a failure to drive right, state police said.
Doherty, 18, lives at 199 Anderson Rd., Tolland, state police said.

Sept. 20

During a motor vehicle stop on I-84 at 2:13 a.m., police charged East Hartford resident Angel Rivera, 32, with DUI, a license/registration violation and failure to drive in the proper lane.

He failed a series of field sobriety tests, state police said.

Mansfield

Sept. 21

At 5:11 a.m. on Hunting Lodge Rd., Joshua Feroleto, 21, was pulled over for driving erratically, state police said.

He was charged with speeding, DUI and a moving violation, state police said.
