Why are you seeking this office? With 38 years in law enforcement—including 12 years as Chief of Police—I’ve dedicated my career to protecting and serving Enfield.

My role on the Town Council is a continuation of that same commitment to leadership, integrity, and service to our residents.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it: The single most pressing issue facing our community is maintaining affordability while ensuring a strong education for our children.

I believe it’s essential to prioritize our needs over our wants and to live within the resources we have.

For me, that priority begins with education. We must fully fund our school system our resources allow, because investing in our children is investing in Enfield’s future.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

As Chief of Police, I managed an annual department budget of approximately $10 million.

Each year, I thoroughly reviewed expenditures to identify savings and prioritize essential needs.

I applied that same disciplined approach during my previous term on the Town Council and will continue to do so if elected.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

We should continue the economic growth and development that the current Town Council has initiated.

By attracting responsible and sustainable commercial investment, we can strengthen our local economy and help ease the tax burden on homeowners.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

I served as Enfield’s Chief of Police for 12 years, overseeing approximately 120 personnel.

In that role, I was responsible for preparing, planning, staffing, and directing all departmental operations with an annual budget of $10 million.

Under my leadership, the department achieved six National CALEA Accreditations, each awarded with distinction, reflecting our strong commitment to professionalism, accountability, and excellence in public service.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Do your best to do the right thing even when no one is looking and do the most good you can for the most people.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I always considered the residents of Enfield to be my extended family.

As a Town Councilor, I will continue to treat every member of our community with that same care and respect, working tirelessly to make Enfield the very best it can be.
