Family: I have been married to the love of my life, Fred Hall, for 40 years. We have three children who were all raised here in Enfield and attended our local school system. We have six beautiful grandchildren who all live close to us and attend the local Enfield school system. They are all the love and joy in our lives.
Previous public office, appointive or elective:
State Representative 59th District for 10 years, Assistant Republican Leader in the State House of Representatives, Appropriation subcommittee, Public Safety subcommittee, Planning and Development subcommittee, Finance and Bonding, School Safety and Security Working Group, Enfield Town Council 13 years, Ethics Commission, Enfield Building Committee for the Elementary Schools and the Junior High School, General Government subcommittee Enfield Town Council, Insurance subcommittee Enfield Town Council.
Why are you seeking this office?
I am running for election to Enfield Town Council to continue to apply my common-sense approach to government, which I honed at the local level for over 13 years and at the state level for six years.
I believe I represent every resident and business with honesty, integrity, and a sense of duty to my community. I am prepared to continue to work hard for the good folks of Enfield and bring my work ethic to the town council.
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it: The affordability of Enfield.
The budget will continue to be our biggest challenge over the next several years.
I intend to make sure we are constantly and earnestly searching for opportunities to streamline and fight to keep your taxes low.
As a state representative who has managed billion-dollar budgets, I look forward to putting my budget expertise to work once again at the town level.
I view it as my responsibility to citizens and taxpayers to manage their funds as frugally as possible for the betterment of all.
Now more than ever, we must make every dollar count.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
We need to work hard for our residents of Enfield to keep Enfield affordable and continue with our high level of services that our residents have come to expect.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence that you can handle this job?
State Representative for the 59th District for 10 years and Enfield Town Council for 13 years before that.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Treat people the way you would want to be treated. Be honest with people, even if they may not agree with you. Your word is your bond; always keep your word.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I have served my constituents with honesty and integrity and will continue to do so. I work very hard to be a strong voice for Enfield. I thank you for placing your trust in me over the last 23 years and hope I can count on your vote this November.
