Arrest Made, Investigation Continues In Enfield Gunshot Incident: PD
No injuries were reported after shots were fired in a Sunday morning incident, according to police.

ENFIELD, CT — An investigation into shots being fired early Sunday morning led to the arrest of a Bloomfield man on various firearm and other criminal charges.
Around 5:38 a.m., police were dispatched to Lincoln Street at Alden Avenue upon a report of shots being fired. Four people, including three males, were detained for an investigation, which revealed a man, known to the victim, had entered a home in the area and later exchanged gunfire with the residents, Police Chief Alaric Fox said.
No injuries were reported.

Zachary Clothakis, 28, was charged with criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault, carrying a pistol without a permit, first-degree reckless endangerment, criminal use of a weapon, illegal discharge of a firearm and second-degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $250,000.
The Connecticut State Police Central District Major Crimes unit responded to assist with evidence collection and the service of applicable search warrants. The case remains under investigation, and additional arrests are anticipated, Fox said.
