Free Winter Baseball Clinics Open For Enfield Little League Players
The clinics will offer offseason instruction and development for players ages 6 to 12 who plan to play in Spring 2026.
ENFIELD, CT — Enfield Little League has announced free winter clinics for players preparing for the Spring 2026 season.
Registration opens Tuesday, December 30th, at 10 a.m. Space is limited, and organizers say the clinics are expected to fill quickly.
The clinics will be held on Sundays from January 25th through March 22nd at Powerhouse Training. Players will be split into two groups that train every other week. Registration covers the full four-week program, with group assignments sent out in mid-January.

The sessions will be led by Tim Mayo, an Enfield Little League board member with more than 24 years of coaching experience at the high school, college, and national levels. Mayo is entering his eighth season as head coach at Nichols College and was previously named Coach of the Year. A volunteer coaching staff will join him, with a focus on player development, leadership, and mentorship.

The clinics are free and open to returning Enfield Little League players who will compete in Single A through Majors in Spring 2026. Players must be registered for the Spring 2026 season to be eligible.
Class sizes are capped at 25 players to maintain a high-quality experience. Families who are unable to attend a scheduled session are asked to notify the league so spots can be offered to players on the waitlist.
Clinic schedule:
Ages 6–8: 4:00–5:00 p.m.
Ages 9–12: 5:00–6:00 p.m.
