DUI Arrest Made After Driver Crashes Off Road In Enfield, Officials Say
Police officials said that officers had been investigating multiple complaints of a recklessly operated vehicle.
ENFIELD, CT — A man was arrested for DUI after a single-vehicle crash in Enfield on Tuesday morning, police officials say.
Police Chief Alaric Fox said officers had been investigating multiple complaints of a recklessly operated vehicle on Beech Road and also on Rafia Road. As officers searched the neighborhood around 9:10 a.m., the vehicle struck a street sign at the intersection of Copper Drive and Steele Road.
The driver, identified as Craig Olson, 49, of Enfield, was arrested and charged with DUI, Fox said.

Crews worked to secure the scene after the crash, and no additional details were immediately released.
