Monday, April 1

Jonathan Rivera, 31, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 2:17 a.m.

Trevon Johnson, 29, of New Britain, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and illegally operating a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 12:59 p.m.

Alva Lynch, 31, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory and possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 1:50 p.m.

Alvin Nealey, 27, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and failure to keep narcotics in original container, 1:59 p.m.

Leigh Ducharme, 45, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 9:00 a.m.

Michael Powell, 48, of Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, operating without minimum insurance and illegally operating a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 9:57 a.m.

Diane Burke, 53, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia, 10:03 a.m.

Divine Ubadiba, 32, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 6:15 p.m.

Kevin Christian, 18, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:38 p.m.
