Carl Sarno, 62, of Longmeadow, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 4:28 p.m.

Donovan Silva, 34, of Waterbury, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, 5:44 p.m.

John Mastrangelo, 49, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 7:11 p.m.

Raymond Rodriguez, 25, of Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer, operating under suspension, improper use of marker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 8:08 p.m.

Kevin Christian, 18, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 8:18 p.m.

Ismael Delgado-Martinez, 41, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 10:10 p.m.

Giovanny Montemoino, 29, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:10 p.m.

Richard Cousineau, 35, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, 3:15 p.m.

Nicholas Kingsley, 40, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, illegal alteration of firearm identifications, using a machine gun for aggressive purpose, violating large capacity magazine requirements and criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, 3:15 p.m.

Christian Santiago, 41, of Enfield, was charged with failure to register as a sexual violence offender, 10:25 p.m.

Wednesday, April 17

Alicia Zinn, 39, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, 11:00 a.m.

Scott Atkins, 53, of Enfield, was charged with failure to register as a sexual violence offender, 1:00 p.m.

Miguel Vasquez, 78, of Enfield, was charged with failure to register as a sexual violence offender (three counts), 4:01 p.m.

Thomas Golas, 30, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault on an elderly/other victim and second-degree threatening, 7:35 p.m.
