Monday, Feb. 24

Mikayla Cleland, 23, of West Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a child, 9:47 a.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

Kaysha Llanos, 22, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with engaging police in pursuit, second-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 7:30 a.m.

Richard Rowland, 24, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree failure to appear (four counts) and second-degree failure to appear, 12:00 p.m.

Spencer Wright, 39, of New Haven, was charged with violating a standing criminal protective order, 12:01 p.m.

Madison Hunter, 28, of Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, interfering with an officer and failure to obey traffic control signals, 7:37 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

Sylvanus Cooper, 46, of Enfield, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer and operating under suspension, 11:15 a.m.

Alix Metellus, 42, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with interfering with an officer, disobeying signal of officer, improper use of marker, operating a motor vehicle at too slow a speed and failure to comply with state traffic regulations, 2:45 p.m.

Damian Bullock, 36, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and operating under suspension, 6:06 p.m.

Amy Asselin, 53, of Suffield, was charged with operating under the influence and improper rear/marker lamps, 8:35 p.m.

Soleil Walcott, 21, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 11:19 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 27

Marc Bregonzio, 38, of Somers, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and unsafe opening of a motor vehicle door, 2:12 p.m.

April Viera, 31, of Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, risk of injury to a child, operating under suspension, operating without minimum insurance, falsifying marker and operating an unregistered motor vehicle, 5:33 p.m.

Melinda Nunez, 24, of New Britain, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 9:09 p.m.
