Monday, July 14

Christopher Katulka, 43, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree possession of child sex abuse material and enticing a minor under 18 via computer, 7:55 p.m.

Devin Rose, 29, of Enfield, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission and second-degree criminal trover, 12:22 p.m.

Samuel Rivera, 29, of Pittsfield, Mass., was charged with violating a protective order (two counts) and risk of injury to a child, 12:53 p.m.

Quaniesha Walker, 31, of Enfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 8:05 p.m.

Migdalia Cruz-Sanchez, 55, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:08 p.m.

Wednesday, July 16

Dyshawn Jiles, 24, of East Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with an officer, using a motor vehicle without permission, disobeying signal of officer, operating under suspension and improper passing, 11:58 a.m.

Rafael Santiago, 35, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with carrying a dangerous weapon, sixth-degree larceny (two counts), criminal possession of a firearm, sale of a narcotic substance, failure to keep narcotics in original container and operating without a license, 2:30 p.m.

Jossibel Burgos, 37, of Springfield, Mass., was charged withpossession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 4:00 p.m.

Samuel Rivera, 29, of Pittsfield, Mass., was charged with violating a protective order, 4:02 p.m.

Thursday, July 17

Jayden Young, 18, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace, 10:31 a.m.

David Medina, 37, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 1:42 p.m.

Rebecca McDonald, 43, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear, 1:42 p.m.

Nicole Arre, 36, of Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, operating under suspension and passing in a no-passing zone (two counts), 3:58 p.m.

Justin Werther, 39, of Enfield, was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and fifth-degree larceny, 8:22 p.m.

Abrianach Ridley, 25, of Windsor Locks, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 3:15 a.m.

Michael Maulucci, 42, of New Haven, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, 5:33 p.m.

Dacember S. Stahl, 32, of Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia and operating a motor vehicle while using a handheld mobile device, 6:27 p.m.

Marc J. Menard, 36, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault, 8:05 p.m.

Monday, July 21

Jasmine Duke, 34, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of peace, 3:57 p.m.

Donald Cooney, 44, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with operating a drug factory, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, criminal possession of a firearm and possession of narcotics with intent to sell, 6:24 p.m.
