Tracy A. Boggio, 63, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, 6:42 p.m.

Roberto W. Hernandez, 59, of Chicopee, Mass., was charged with third-degree burglary (two counts) and fourth-degree larceny, 9:00 p.m.

Tyrone K. Jackson, 19, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree failure to appear, 10:38 p.m.

Ana R. Hills, 50, of East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, 2:15 a.m.
