Nicholas T. Pugh-Williams, 33, of Bristol, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, operating under suspension, operating without a license, failure to display plates/inserts and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without tint inspection, 12:44 p.m.

Christopher Mollica, 25, of East Windsor, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 4:49 p.m.

Muhammed G. Akhtar, 20, of Enfield, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, violating readable/lost plates requirements and violating tinted auto glass requirements, 4:50 p.m.
