Christopher Soikkeli, 33, of Flag Court, Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility for injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and following too closely at 8:15 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 3.
Keith Bass, 32, of Butternut Street, Middletown, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:28 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 3.

Oct. 17
Ryan McNally, 49, of Park Road, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 12:43 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 28.
Oct. 19
Crystal Simmons, 39, of Pearl Street, Enfield, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree breach of peace at 6:14 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 20.
Andres Meletrich, 36, of Maple Street, New Britain, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, organized retail theft, third-degree larceny (two counts), and criminal impersonation at 2:09 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 28.
Daniel Blancato, 434, of Main Street, Terryville, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license plates, theft of plates/inserts, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, organized retail theft, two counts of third-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and first-degree failure to appear in court at 2:04 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 20.
Leslie Miano, 37, of Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 12:04 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 20.

Matilde Castelan Lucero, 62, of Sullivan Avenue, Enfield, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive on the right, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 10:44 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 4.

Desiree Cruzado, 33, of Hartford Avenue, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 6:04 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 21.
Ryan Fairbanks, 21, of Perkins Street, Somerville, Mass., was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 10:04 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 4.
Raymond Jones, 43, of Pearl Street Extension, Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 5:48 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 5.
Andres Rodriguez, 44, of Puritan Circle, Springfield, Mass., was charged with use of a motor vehicle without permission at 10:37 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 4.
Oct. 22
Fabienne McClendon, 42, of Blandina Street, Utica, N.Y., was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 6:24 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 23.
Emmanuel Ira, 26, of Roosevelt Street, Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 7:09 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 12.
Julia Dedonato, 66, of Pleasant Street, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:45 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 23.
