Keirra Palagonia, 22, of Greenfield Drive, South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 9:16 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 24.

Karly Bond, 33, of Ellsworth Avenue, Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10:40 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 10.

Alexander Sampson, 30, of Regency Park Drive, Agawam, Mass., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 9:29 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 7.

Oct. 26

Syrus Bajnathsingh, 28, of Park Road, West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts) and second-degree failure to appear in court (four counts) at 2:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 27.

Oct. 28

Latrell Ackerman, 21, of Blakeslee Street, Bristol, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny, illegal receiving a payment card, spending more than $500 on a revoked payment card, and third-degree identity theft at 2:35 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 29.

Oct. 29

Brandon Laux, 39, of Carnarvon Circle, Springfield, Mass., was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 18.

Maliza Gillespie, 19, of Elmer Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 18.

Karly Bond, 33, of Ellsworth Avenue, Springfield, Mass., was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license and sixth-degree larceny at 3:30 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 18.

Hector Valladares, 30, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged with two counts of organized retail theft, risk of injury to a child, fifth-degree larceny, and first-degree forgery at 7:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 30.

Hosmer Hernandez, 19, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of organized retail theft, risk of injury to a child, fifth-degree larceny, and first-degree forgery at 7:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 30.
