Michael Mancini, 36, of Hitchcock Road, Waterbury, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:55 p.m. He will appear in court on Nov. 12.

Daizalie Cruz, 26, of White Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:27 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 4
Jariel Girona, 26, of Winthrop Street, Springfield Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct at 9L17 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 4.
Nicole Laffin, 43, of Jacobs Hill Road, Ellington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:42 a.m.. She will appear in court Nov. 18.
Stephen Oldham, 41, of Sessions Street, Bristol, was charged with third-degree larceny at 12:41 P.M. He was to appear in court Nov. 3.
Antonio Gonzalez, 49, of Colony Road, Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protective order at 11:34 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 4.
Nov. 5
Jenna Dobitsky, 26, of Bradley Circle, Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 6.
Kyle Wood, 32, of Collins Street, Hartford, was charged with failure to wear seat belt, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/plates, failure to display plates/inserts, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, operating a motor vehicle without a license, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, assault on a public safety officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree reckless endangerment, and reckless driving at 6:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.
Brandon Freeman, 44, of Henry Street, Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 8:40 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 18.
