Oct. 9

Stephanie Velez, 30, of Morris Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child and sixth-degree larceny at 3 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 28.

Terrence Jones, 35, of North Street, Windsor Locks, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 4:15 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 28.

Anthony Adalio, 36, of Park Avenue, Rutland, Vt., was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 3:30 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 21.

Farrah Decker, 24, of Rose Haven Road, Somers, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, engaging police in pursuit, first-degree reckless endangerment, and reckless driving (going over 100 mph) at 4:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 10.

Shayna Castello, 37, of Redwing Road, Enfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, sixth-degree larceny, possession of a personal ID information device, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 10.

Jamiretsi Olivencia, 33, of Central Street, Springfield, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child and sixth-degree larceny at 8:59 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 21.

Reyshawn Pannell, 29, of Lamplighter Lane, Springfield, Mass., was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 11 p.m. He will appear in court on Oct. 21.

Oct. 12

Matthew Bruce, 39, of Wake Forest Drive, Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and second-degree stangulation at 12:33 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 14.

Roberta Daniels, 33, of Brainard Road, Enfield, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order at 12:39 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 14.

Laura Bouteiller, 52, of River Colony, Guilford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:30 p.m. No court date was available.

Oct. 13

Carmello Jones, 18, of Aloha Drive, Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order at 6:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 14.

Oct. 14

Kevonta Scarlett, 29, of Saybrooke Street, Hartford, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, and failure to obey a stop sign at 2 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 27.

Michael Rodriguez, 31, of Franklin Street, Holyoke, Mass., was charged with reckless driving and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 6:25 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 27.

Jaimie Viscusi, 43, of Lorelel Street, Middletown, was charged with improper use of a marker/license/registration, operating under suspension, criminal impersonation, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 11:54 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 28.
