Sept. 22

Antonio Gonzalez, 49, of Nutmeg Avenue, Enfield, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 30.

Shane Frimpong, 18, of Burnap Road, Windsor Locks, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, second-degree breach of peace, and public indecency at 9:45 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 14.

Sept. 25

Thomas Naughton, 41, of Hancock Road, Pittsfield, Mass., was charged with two counts of fourth-degree larceny at 11:09 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 10.

Caleb Williams, 21, of Randall Wood Drive, Montague, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:36 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 7.

Sept. 26

Elsie Stewart, 25, of Mill Pond Road, East Windsor, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal mischief, violation of a protective order, and physical threatening at 12:41 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 26.

Neko Mills, 21, of Kings Lane, Springfield, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 2:02 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 26.

Sept. 30

Joe Azagury, 34, of Kingsland Avenue, Brooklyn, was charged with organized retail theft, fourth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, possession of a shoplifting device, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 4:29 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 1.
