ENFIELD, CT— Father's Day is the perfect time to give a big thanks to all the dads who put smiles on our faces. Enfield, meet Chris.

If you know a dad who sends sweet, silly or thoughtful texts your way, you’re pretty lucky. Texts from Dad have a way of putting a smile on our faces — and this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the fathers behind the phones!

What makes your dad extra special?

My dad is extra special because he is always hanging out with me. He lets me play with his garage tools and ride his tractor. He also takes care of my younger twin siblings even when he’s playing with me! My dad is my best friend.

Why do you feel your dad deserves the spotlight?

My dad works every day and when he comes home he still finds time to do our favorite things with him. Playing outside, going for walks, having popsicles, or just snuggling and watching a movie. He teaches me how to use tools and jumps on the trampoline with me. Even when he’s tired he’s always there.
