The resident won $30,000 on a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket sold Wednesday at Enfield Market, located at 138 Weymouth Road, according to lottery officials. The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners' names without their written consent, in accordance with a new Connecticut law that took effect in October 2025.
