Stroke Support Group:

Mindfulness Meditation:
Tuesday, October 11, 12:30-1:15pm.
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses certain techniques to train awareness and achieve a clear, calm, and stable state. $3.00.

Computer Classes:
Tech Time with Audra Lauf from Comfort Keepers
Wednesday, October 12, 10:00am.
Audra will answer any tech questions you may have and give tech tips to help you stay connected with family and friends. Free.

Fun Bingo:
Wednesday, October 12, 10:45-11:45am.
Drop-in and play a few games for small cash prizes. Cost is fifty cents per card. Please bring exact change.

Sassy Sewers:
Wednesday, October 12, 1:00-3:00pm.
Do you enjoy quilting or sewing? Join us to help create the quilts that are raffled off at the craft fairs, as well as sewing items for our gift shop. Free.

Explore your creativity. No artistic talent required. Sandy will guide you as you create a beautiful 11 x 17-inch autumn tree painting. All supplies are included. Resident $20.00, non-resident $25.00.

TED Talks:

What’s haunting Carrie Poppy? Is it ghosts or something worse? In this talk, the investigative journalist narrates her encounter with a spooking feeling you’ll want to warn your friends about and explains why we need science to deal with paranormal activity. Free.
