ENFIELD/WINDSOR LOCKS, CT — A Windsor Locks resident's shopping trip to an Enfield supermarket resulted in a lottery win that temporarily ensured the affordability of groceries.
According to the Connecticut Lottery Corp., the Windsor Locks woman won $25,000 on Monday, Sept. 15, playing a scratch-off game that was purchased at the Enfield Big Y World Class Market, 65 Palomba Drive, Enfield.
She won while playing the $2,000,000 Jackpot, a $20 game that can result in a maximum prize of a $2 million annuity.
