Indulge In Some Stress Relief At Enfield Library This Week
The Enfield Public Library is hosting a free program on 'sound healing,' offering guests a chance for inner peace and calm.
ENFIELD, CT — Making noise in the public library is usually frowned upon.
But a special program at the Enfield Public Library on Wednesday, Nov. 19, not only emphasizes sound, the sound just might make you feel better.
The library is hosting a free event that night at 6 p.m. on "Sound Healing," with host Julia Nadolny. The Enfield Public Library is located at 104 Middle Road, Enfield.

There, Nadolny will take guests on a "relaxing and immersive crystal bowl sound healing session."
"Using the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls and chimes, Julia creates a calming experience designed to support stress relief," wrote event organizers.

Guests are asked to bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, and chairs will also be available.
