1 Dead In Fire At Home In Deep River: Police
The investigation into the fire remained active as of mid-day Sunday.
DEEP RIVER, CT — One person died in a fire Saturday in Deep River, according to state police.
Personnel from Troop F responded to the residential blaze around 6:15 p.m. on West Bridge Lane, authorities said.
The state's Fire and Explosion Investigation Unit was also called to the scene, according to police, who said the probe into the fire remained active as of mid-day Sunday.
