  1. The Chester Veterinarian Clinic has some big news. Dr. Flower will be returning to the practice this week. She will once again be seeing clients on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by appointment starting February 7th. Welcome back Dr. Flower! (Chester Veterinary Clinic via Facebook)
  2. Essex residents please take note, the Zoning Board of Appeals’ February meeting
    scheduled for February 21, has been canceled due
    to a lack of business. The March meeting is scheduled for its usual date and time on March 21st at 7 p.m. at the town hall. (essexct.gov)

The Connecticut River Museum will be holding a virtual program to serve girls, ages 10-16, interested in studying the academic areas of STEAM: Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM). STEAMgirls participants meet and speak with accomplished young women, learning first-hand about the career successes women are experiencing in all areas of STEAM.
