“Most Wanted” Items for Deep River Church Midnight Run Relief Mission
Deep River Congregational Church is collecting "most wanted" clothing items thru Feb. 18 for its 2024 Midnight Run to help NYC homeless.
A “most wanted” list of items for a Midnight Run relief mission to bring food, clothing, blankets, and personal care items to the homeless poor in New York City has been issued by Deep River Congregational Church.
Collections for the Midnight Run mission will be ongoing through February 18.
Space to store items is limited, so please only donate needed items on the list. If the item is used, please wash before donating:

- ADULT ONLY winter clothes new or gently used. Especially:
- Men’s hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, long-sleeved shirts, jeans, and cargo pants.
- New men’s and women’s undergarments, warm hats, gloves, scarves, and belts.
- Backpacks, blankets and sleeping bags.
- TRAVEL SIZE only toiletries, including, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, hand sanitizer, individual wipes or tissues, soap, shower gel, razors, women’s hygiene products, and masks.
All donations may be brought to the big room across from the church office Monday-Friday 9a.m.-2p.m. or after church services on Sunday mornings. DRCC is located at One Church Street in Deep River, CT.
