News Regarding Covid-19 Vaccines For Those 5 Years-Old And Up!
Covid-19 vaccines for young children are now available locally.
ESSEX, CHESTER, DEEP RIVER, CT — This letter went out today to area parents, from the Region 4 School District:
"Dear Families and Caregivers,
The Connecticut River Area Health District (CRAHD) is able to administer the Pfizer COVID-19 to everyone 5 years of age and older.
For children in the 5-11 age range, CRAHD has scheduled the following times to administer the vaccine in the Old Saybrook office:
Wednesday November 10th & 17th 2:30PM - 8:30PM
Saturday November 13th 9AM - 4PM
Sunday November 14th 9AM - 4PM
Parents may register their kids using the CRAHD website at www.crahd.info
Appointments are also available for 5-11 year olds at Nutmeg Pharmacy in Higganum. Please
use the following link to register at that location.
