Mark Steinfeld, 47, of Fairfield was arrested for violating a protective order that was issued following a domestic violence incident in February. The daughter told police Steinfeld had been calling their home swearing and scaring her. She also said Steinfeld sounded "drunk" and was saying "mean things," and also called her cell phone.
