Fairfield's Baro Cantina: 'Best Cocktails' in Connecticut
And they're cooking up some of the best Latin food in the state too, according to Connecticut Magazine's Readers' Choice Restaurant Awards.
One of Fairfield's newest restaurants knows how to mix things up, quite literally.
Baro New World Cantina climbed to the top in the "Best Cocktails" category of Connecticut Magazine's 2014 Readers' Choice Restaurant Awards. The restaurant also took home second place in the "Best Latin" category.
Nestled in the Brick Walk at 1229 Post Road, Baro opened late last year to much fanfare. And for happy hour this week, Baro is featuring cocktails and snacks from the Dominican Republic.
