Pequot Library Hosts Shakespeare Workshop For Kids On June 6
Families are invited to see the full performance on June 20.

The Apprentice Company of "Shakespeare on the Sound," a nonprofit theater company that produces affordable, professional productions of plays of William Shakespeare in Fairfield County, will perform a free child-friendly interactive program of Macbeth at Pequot Library on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. This hour-long workshop will help elementary and middle school students better understand the play and Shakespeare’s language.
Families are invited to see the full performance on June 20, when Pequot Library will have a premier reserved section in Rowayton’s Pinkney Park for the “Shakespeare on the Sound” performance of Macbeth. This free performance runs from 7:30 - 11:00 p.m., with a pre-performance for children at 6:30 p.m.
