Farmington Celebrates Connecticut Open House Day
The Hill-Stead Museum is offering free admission.

One Farmington locale is part of the Connecticut Open House Day on June 8.
"Open House Day is a great way for you to experience all the state has to offer and to encourage you to become Connecticut Ambassadors who take pride in sharing your new discoveries with visiting family and friends. The annual event is coordinated by the Connecticut Office of Tourism, a division of the Department of Economic & Community Development," says the event's website.
In Farmington, the Hill-Stead Museum is offering two-for-one admission from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The museum is located at 35 Mountain Road in Farmington. To find out more about the museum, visit their website.
