Discussion of Islam and the Islamic State to be Held in Farmington

Religious scholars and educators will hold a discussion on the peaceful tenants of Islam and the Islamic State, reports the Hartford Courant.

Three presenters, religious scholars and educators, will detail how the wider Islamic community differs from ISIS, an extremist political movement.

The discussion will take place at 6 p.m. on July 21 at the main library.
