Operation While Under the Influence Jason M. Pilon, 32, of 420 King St., Apt. C6, Bristol, was charged with operating while under the influence on June 19 at 2:26 p.m. Police pulled him over on Colt Highway and also cited him with failure to drive right, misuse of a license plate, having no insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was released after posting a $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 26.
