Jocelynn Vimari Kubus, 36, of North 50th Street, Tampa, Fla., was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:06 p.m. She was to appear in court April 29.
Andrew Florian Stierer, 28, of Cope Farms Road, Farmington, was charged with use of a motor vehicle without permission at 1:41 p.m. He was to appear in court April 30.

April 24
Kevin Raymond Bazinet, 51, of Keenan Street, Sidney, Maine, was charged with improper use of marker/registration plates; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; third-degree larceny; criminal attempt at third-degree larceny; criminal impersonation; first-degree forgery; second-degree forgery; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle; improper storage of a pistol/revolver in a motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; illegal possessoin of a firearm with no serial number; and illegal possession of a large capacity magazine at 12:04 p.m. He was to appear in court April 25.
Jose Luis Rivera, 37, of Morningside Drive, Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 9:34 a.m. He was to appear in court April 24.
Mark Libhaber Bednarczyk, 30, of Redstone Way, Farmington, was charged with reckless driving at 9:17 a.m. He was to appear in court April 29.
April 26
Robert Raymond Parker, 56, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, third-degree assault, and physical threatening at 8:26 p.m. He was to appear in court April 28.
April 27
Casual Kijon Harvey, 19, of Vines Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:52 p.m. He will appear in court May 6.
Michael Nolan, 24, of Wiltshire Place, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:33 a.m. He was to appear in court April 28.
April 28
Justin Matthew Grabowy, 21, of Woodhaven Road, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 3:50 p.m. He will appear in court May 6.
April 29
Sean Michael Kobialka, 18, of Colonial Street, West Hartford, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, reckless driving, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and second-degree forgery at 5:28 p.m. He will appear in court May 7.
William E. Leers, 41, of Washington Circle, Unionville, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and first-degree trespassing at 11:05 a.m. He was to appear in court April 30.
April 30
Antrell Dion Edmounds, 33, of Ward Street, Waterbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and physical threatening at 1:19 p.m. He was to appear in court May 1.
