Andrew Florian Stierer, 29, of Cope Farms Road, Farmington, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 5:15 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 2.
Edilma H. Macias, 49, of Farmington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with speeding, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:16 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 2.

Aug. 23
Jeffrey O'Neill Pizarro-Parrilla, 32, of Lovely Street, Avon, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane, improper rear/marker lamps, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:30 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 2.
Aug. 25
Ashtyn Ryan Fabry, 31, of Crocus Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 1:13 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 25.
Aug. 26
Saniya Armoni Goitom, 23, of Lawn Avenue, Stamford, was charged with third-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny at 9:35 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 26.
Aug. 27
Esmeralda Jimenez, 27, of Columbus Circle, East Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 11:50 a.m. She will appear in court Sept. 2.
