July 19

Jacinia Jarvis, 18, of Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4:57 p.m. She will appear in court July 29.

Alina Guadalopez Rodriguez, 18, of Babcock Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 4:10 p.m. She will appear in court July 29.

July 22

Jeremiah C. Rivera, 19, of Rosetta Street, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:48 p.m. He will appear in court July 29.

Bryant Serrano, 27, of Bonner Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree larceny at 4:14 p.m. He was to appear in court July 23.

July 24

Drita Kimberly Bulica, 54, of South Burritt Street, New Britain, was charged with speeding, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and drinking while driving at 1:26 a.m. She will appear in court July 29.
