July 31

Robert Raymond Parker, 56, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order at 9:15 a.m. He was to appear in court July 31.

Aug. 1

Philip Michael Doran, 71, of Scott Swamp Road, Farmington, was charged with violation of probation at 3:30 p .m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.

William Miguel Ramirez, 41, of Eastern Street, New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 1:03 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.

Mattress Velour Persico, 34, of Albany Turnpike, Canton, was charged with failure to drive on the right and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11 a.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 12.

Aug. 2

Jimmy Laya Mayuri, 24, of Flatbush Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.

Jose Luis Soriano-Medianero, 27, of Flatbush Avenue, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.

Aug. 3

Ekaterina V. Olchevski, 47, of Red Oak Hill Road, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree reckless endangerment, illegal carrying of a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and threatening with a firearm at 6:06 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 4.

Aug. 8

Tina Kristine Byfield, 56, of Mill Street, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 9:54 p.m. She was to appear in court Aug. 11.

Toriana Louise Cook, 19, of Vine Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:28 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.

Shaniyah L. Harris, 23, of New Britain Avenue, West Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 3:28 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.

Aug. 9

Shaun Pelletier, 55, of East Chippen Hill Road, Burlington, was charged with failure to grant the right of way and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:29 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.

Nicholas G. Dionne, 36, of Wellington Drive, Farmington, was charged with speeding and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:53 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 19.

Aug. 10

Blanca Ivette Cartagena, 26, of Cedar Street, New Britain, was charged with cruelty to animals at 2:52 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 19.

Aug. 12

Kari Josef Becher, 59, of Perry Street, Farmington, was charged with reckless driving, disorderly conduct, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 5:05 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 20.
