FARMINGTON, CT — Here are the arrest logs for June 12- June 19, 2025, as provided by the Farmington Police Department.

June 15

Shahri Holmes, 44, of Fenwick Drive, Farmington, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court at 6:30 p.m. She was to appear in court June 16.

David Martin Fournier, 64, of Bliss Memorial Road, Unionville, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace at 7:01 p.m. He will appear in court June 24.

June 17

Andrew Michael Krycerick, 46, of Mountain Spring Road, Farmington, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 10 a.m. He will appear in court July 9.

June 18

Takalia D. Baldwin, 45, of Addison Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and fourth-degree larceny at 1:45 p.m. She was to appear in court June 20.

June 19

Patrick Jeyson Mendoza Rios, 30, of Maurice Drive, Woodbridge, Mass., was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and criminal attempt at first-degree burglary at 7:07 p.m. He was to appear in court on June 20.

Margaret Monika Ostrowski, 49, of Janet Drive, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:06 p.m. She will appear in court on June 24.

Corey Alberto Peterson, 38, of Maple Street, Meriden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 4:33 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 25.
