Joseline Sostre, 26, of Great Meadow Lane, Avon, was charged with failure to drive in proper lane; operating a motor vehicle without a license; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; risk of injury to a child; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and operating under the influence with a child under age 18 as a passenger at 11:06 p.m. She will appear in court April 8.
Johnny Silva, 28, of New Britain Avenue, Farmington, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 12:47 a.m. He will appear in court April 8.

March 30
Destiny Burgos, 19, of Vine Street, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 4:25 p.m. She will appear in court April 8.
March 31
Ashley Inez James, 38, of Migeon Avenue, Torrington, was charged with unsafe movement of a stopped motor vehicle; reckless driving; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; risk of injury to a child; and operating under the influence with a child under 18 as a passenger in a motor vehicle at 5:50 p.m. She will appear in court April 8.
April 1
Joshua Thomas Bucchere, 31, of Konstin Place, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; illegal possession of weapons in a motor vehicle; possession of a controlled substance; illegal carrying of a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and carrying a pistol without a permit at 3:02 a.m. He was to appear in court April 1.
Iriving Sinclair Mote, 27, of Hardwood Road, Plainville, was charged with failure to drive on the right; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and smoking cannabis while operating a motor vehicle at 6:42 p.m. He will appear in court April 9.
April 2
David P. Festa, 55, of Riverside Court, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; reckless driving; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; second-degree reckless endangerment; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 1:50 p.m. He will appear in court April 9.
