Janiyah Anneria Leggett, 21, of Forest Street, Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny and second-degree forgery at 5:30 p.m. She will appear in court May 14.
May 4

Armando Zapotitian, 34, of Field Street, Torrington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 11:50 p.m. He was to appear in court May 5.
May 5
Julieta Montalvo, 34, of Plainville Avenue, Farmington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:24 a.m. She was to appear in court May 5.
Felix Mojica Jr., 38, of Whitney Street, Hartford, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 12:05 p.m. He was to appear in court May 6.
May 6
Shakira Jnocharles-Quinones, 28, of Bragg Street, East Hartford, was charged with failure to drive on the right; improper use of marker/license/registration; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:48 a.m. She will appear in court May 13.
Zachary Joseph Mulcahy, 25, of Hidden Valley Trail, Canton, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and obscenity at 4:32 p.m. He will appear in court May 13.
May 7
Kelvin Griffith, 54, of Custer Drive, Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 7:30 a.m. He will appear in court May 13.
Sarah Anne Edgar, 35, of Hedgehog Lane, West Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and physical threatening at 6:31 p.m. She was to appear in court May 8.
Edgar Vazquez, 39, of Tanglewood Drive, Windsor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:13 p.m. He will appear in court May 13.
