Zachary Michael Collins, 29, of Gold Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree failure to appear in court, and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 10 p.m. He was to appear in court May 27.
May 25

Stephen T. Baker, 34, of Ely Place, Simsbury, was charged with failure to drive on the right; failure to drive in the proper lane; improper turn at stop sign/signal; operating a motor vehicle without a license; reckless driving; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and evading responsibiity of injury/property damage at 6:14 p.m. He will appear in court June 3.
May 26
Daryllis Jani Nurse, 18, of Cooper Hill Street, Manchester, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:51 p.m. She will appear in court June 3.
May 27
Takalia D. Baldwin, 45, of Addison Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court May 27.
May 28
Nicholas Samuel Faraci, 25, of Sand Hill Road, Portland, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 11:46 a.m. He will appear in court June 3.
Jill Lynn Jarrett, 53, of Keyes Street, Farmington, was charged with unsafe movement of a stopped vehicle and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:58 p.m. She will appear in court June 10.
Sancha Aiesha Richards, 35, of Hamilton Street, Hartford, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 5:17 p.m. She will appear in court June 3.
